The Subject of the competition:
A project design in the northern Kamaraniyeh area of Tehran on a plot of land with an approximate area of 5,000 square meters, an 18-story building with 12 residential levels (each floor 40% of the occupied area), a pilot and lobby floor, five basement floors (each Floor 40% of the occupied area) for parking spaces and service areas.
